The quality service we provide to our properties is largely due to quality contractors we work with in all aspects of building construction and repair. We are always happy to provide business opportunities to new, local and statewide businesses.

As a small, minority business, we know how difficult it can be to secure jobs in any trade. For this reason, we work to assist contractors with business opportunities through bid requests and on going service contracts.

If you are interested in exploring new business opportunities with Morgan Kaylee, please complete the information below. Once received, you will be placed on our List of Contractor's. Contractors will be required to provide proof of insurance and licensing (if required) at the time a job is secured. Contractors will also be required to sign a non-discriminatory statement that shall apply to contractors working at any property managed by Morgan Kaylee.
