Morgan Kaylee was established in 1982 to provide professional real estate management solutions for affordable housing, conventional housing, commercial real estate and management of resident services.

Our rental communities vary in size. We apply the same professional and personalized management style from our smallest community of 23 apartment homes to our larger communities of over 100 apartment homes. Our demonstrated commitment in fulfilling the needs of our residents is well known among our communities.
